Brian served in the US Marine Corps, as a Police Officer for both the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department (1986-88) and the Elkhart City Police Department (1988-1995), as well as for the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office. He graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2000 and has been practicing Criminal Defense for over 20 years.
